These short meditations and breathing practices will help you to reduce anxiety and feel much calmer in just a few minutes. They can be practised regularly at any time of day. 

COHERENT BREATHING PRACTICE
Deepen the breath, improve your heart rate variability, and calm the mind for optimal health (6 mins)

GUIDED RELAXATION AND BODY SCAN
Lie down and let yourself be guided through a body scan to release the day’s tension…by the end of this session you will feel blissfully relaxed (10 mins)

BREATHING EXERCISE TO STRENGTHEN THE RESPIRATORY SYSTEM
Practise this breathing exercise daily when recovering from respiratory illnesses such as Covid to deepen your breath and gradually strengthen the lungs and diaphragm* (5 mins)
