“I thoroughly enjoyed the pace of the Beginners Course, it gave me a chance to learn how my body works within the poses, and we received a course booklet containing useful information to accompany each week. Rachael is brilliant at explaining the breathing, along with how to be in a pose and what that is achieving. All of this is done without the feeling of being bombarded with information and I always feel completely relaxed and sleep so well after my class.” - Jo
