Yoga for Back Care • Suitable for all levels • 10 mins
A short sequence alternating between 2 poses to strengthen and relax your back. Practise regularly and use a bolster if you have one for supported child’s pose.

Mini Desk/Chair Yoga Class
Gentle chair-based stretches • Suitable for all levels • 20 mins
A short sequence of simple yoga stretches and breathwork that can be practised on a chair or at your desk. These stretches will improve posture, flexibility and breathing capacity. Always practise in accordance with your body and consult a doctor if necessary.
