These recorded classes will give you a taster of Rachael’s teaching from the comfort of your own home. Please remember to always practise in accordance with your body and consult a doctor if necessary.  You should not experience any pain whilst practising yoga.

A gentle all-round practice to help ground and connect you to the breath. This live class recorded at Space Yoga Studio will leave you feeling relaxed and gently energised.

All-round Yoga for Back Care Sequence

Yoga for back care Suitable for all levels 40 mins

10 min Yoga for Back Care Sequence

Yoga for Back Care Suitable for all levels 10 mins
A short sequence alternating between 2 poses to strengthen and relax your back. Practise regularly and use a bolster if you have one for supported child’s pose.

Mini Desk/Chair Yoga Class

Gentle chair-based stretches Suitable for all levels 20 mins
A short sequence of simple yoga stretches and breathwork that can be practised on a chair or at your desk. These stretches will improve posture, flexibility and breathing capacity.  Always practise in accordance with your body and consult a doctor if necessary.
