
Yoga with Rachael invites you to slow down and take time out to move your body, connect with your breath, and return to stillness. After practising with Rachael you will feel more ease in your body and greater peace of mind and overall well-being.
Rachael is an experienced yoga teacher with over 20 years of practice. She draws inspiration from various styles of yoga, meditation and mindfulness to help students release tension and increase strength and flexibility, whilst developing a deeper sense of self-awareness.

Yoga for Back Care Workshop - ‘Demystifying the Core’ Saturday 17th May 2.30-5pm
Join Rachael and osteopath Matt Parry-Jones (Pavilion Osteopathy) in Space Yoga Studio for an afternoon of experiential learning about your core, and why it is such an integral component of your overall health, yoga practice and movement in general.
In this practical workshop we’’ll explain what is meant by ‘the core’, learn exercises to improve core awareness and integration in all movement, and finish with a yoga practice that incorporates all that you will have learnt. We’ll also explore the relationship of the core to posture, breath, injury prevention and lower back pain.

A day of gently energising and restorative yoga, self-care, silent walking and mindfulness practices at Barcombe Village Hall surrounded by the beautiful Sussex countryside. The day includes a delicious seasonal vegetarian lunch and refreshments.
