Private Yoga Classes in Brighton

Private yoga classes are tailored to the student’s individual needs and can be arranged to fit in with your schedule.  Anyone can benefit from private sessions including:

  • beginners requiring extra support and attention
  • experienced practitioners wishing to deepen their practice
  • students wishing to establish a personal home practice
  • those with injury or illness (including stress and anxiety)
  • trainee yoga teachers requiring mentoring support
  • people who take part in any sports and wish to complement their training with yoga in order to prevent injury and/or assist with rehabilitation (eg runners, cyclists, triathletes)
  • anybody who wishes to make time and space in their lives to cultivate a deeply nourishing practice for body and mind

Private classes generally last 1h 15 mins and cost £50 (reduced rates available for multiple bookings, NB strict 12hr cancellation policy).

I offer group classes and private sessions for all levels and I am happy to work with you on a regular basis or for just a few sessions to get you started.  I teach most of my private classes in the daytime from my house where I have a large, sunny room and all the necessary equipment.  Please contact me to discuss your personal requirements and take a look at the articles on my blog page for more information.
